Our high-level natural treatments have all been developed with the greatest care with minimal allergens. They have all passed tests guaranteeing the skin's excellent tolerance to the products. Nevertheless, since skin sensitivity is by definition an individual phenomenon and likely to change over time, it is utopian to guarantee 100% tolerance for everyone. That being said, if your skin is sensitive, some of our fragrance-free and allergen-free daily care products could fully satisfy you: Shelter Cream, a moisturizing and soothing daily day cream with probiotics, or Radiant Cream, a daily skin care treatment that the skin highly tolerates. If in doubt when alternating between products, do not hesitate to test a small quantity of this product in the crease of your elbow and wait 24 to 48 hours to observe a possible reaction. Yes. To date and depending on the care, our formulas contain ingredients that range between 96 and 100% of natural origin, including at least 20% from organic farming. These percentages are calculated according to the very rigorous ISO 16 128 standard. As for the few % which are not of natural origin, these are synthetic molecules, most often preservatives, ESSENTIAL for good conservation and therefore to the safety of the care you apply to your skin (near the mucous membranes, your eyes, etc.)

At ANTHROPY, we put consciousness into each of our actions. We fully measure the consequences of our choices, our possibilities... for you, for us, for the planet. This is why it would be very tedious and above all pointless to enumerate the list of junk that we do not put in our care! We don't need to brandish a blacklist of ingredients that we will never deviate from and prefer to think healthy, positive and only choose ingredients that are beneficial for your skin! But since we are here to answer a specific question, here is the non-exhaustive list of substances that you will never find in our treatments: endocrine disruptors (Phthalates / Parabens / Benzyl salicylate ...), carcinogenic ingredients (formaldehyde releasers / PEG / Aluminum salts ...), irritating ingredients : SLS / Triclosan / MIT / MCIT / Azo dyes ..., products that pollute the environment: Phenoxyethanol / EDTA / Silicone

Our products do not contain raw materials of animal origin with the exception of 3 treatments (Hero Gel-Cream, Totem fluid and Universal balm) which contain a beeswax extract (POLYGLYCERYL-3 BEESWAX) used to stabilize the emulsion .

To perfect their sensoriality, our treatments incorporate natural fragrances (not derived from petrochemicals). However, two of our treatments, the Refuge Cream and the Radiant Cream are fragrance-free (albeit with a very pleasant scent).

Yes, even when offering skin care products made with ingredients of natural origin or from organic farming. Indeed, many small volatile and fragrant molecules found in natural ingredients can in rare cases (between 0.5 and 5% of the population) and on certain sensitive skins, trigger allergic reactions, on the site application and immediately after use. This is why, as a precaution, these molecules must be mentioned on the labeling of cosmetic products (at the end of the list to identify them correctly). Some examples: linalool (found in Lavender), geraniol (in Geranium), citronellol and limonene (in lemon). If you have a particular sensitivity or doubts, do not hesitate to consult a dermatologist or allergist.

Yes, some of our products contain palm oil derivatives . Although we are particularly aware and affected by the controversies around them (such as the contribution to deforestation and the impact on the animal species living in these forests), it is difficult today to get rid overnight of this vegetable oil with very interesting organoleptic properties and low cost. We use small quantities of these derivatives (see if we can give the % we use) and we will do our best to, in the future, further limit their use in our formulas.

No, but our formulas meet the specifications of organic cosmetics. However, our finished products are not certified organic by an external label. Indeed, these labels (Cosmos Organic, Cosmos Natural), which give consumers a benchmark and can guide their purchase, also have a high cost and administrative burden for small businesses. We may do this one day but in the meantime the level of foundation within nature of our products is guaranteed to you by the calculation of the percentages of ingredients of natural origin or from organic farming according to the ISO 16 128 standard in force, mentioned on our packaging.

No. None of our products are tested on animals, in accordance with regulation 1223/2009 in force within the European Union.

Yes. Our packaging includes all the information relating to the sorting instructions. They are located under their case or at the bottom of the bottle label for products without a case. Our cardboard boxes, from eco-managed forests and printed using an anhydrous process, can be perfectly recycled if you throw them in the dedicated yellow sorting bin. The same is true for our plastic bottles (PET) to be thrown into the yellow sorting bin. To date, only pumps made of several plastic materials are not yet fully recyclable. But no doubt this will change!

All our products are made in France and benefit from cosmetic know-how that has historically been very strong in France. Part of our treatments are made in the Bouches du Rhône (13), not far from Marseille, the other in Eure et Loire (28) in the Chartres region. We establish numerous contacts with suppliers throughout France, convinced of the need to create local jobs and to perpetuate French industrial know-how.

All of our formulas are suitable for use by adult women. However, we have not specifically tested our products on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Indeed, to be able to claim the possible use of a product on a particular target (here "suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women"), a toxicologist expert must carry out more in-depth research on each raw material entering in the composition of our formula and we have not done this detailed analysis.
